Stayed here with my wife as a break during our busy Italian itinerary. It was a wonderful oasis- beautiful pool & view, fun wine tour, delicious food. My wife is gluten free and they were very accommodating and understood what she needed very well. When we struggled to find a taxi, they went above and beyond to arrange us a ride. Wonderful service!

It’s hard to explain how beautiful, peaceful and relaxing this place is. We stayed for two nights and will never forget Borgo Divino. The staff were welcoming, the food was amazing, the wines were delicious and most importantly the setting …

We had an amazing experience at Borgo Divino on our family trip to Italy. We only had the chance to stay one night at Borgo and we were so disappointed. We could have stayed there two weeks! We did the wine tour with Dani which was probably …

We just had the pleasure of staying at this magical place for two nights and it was the highlight of our trip. The service and hospitality were above and beyond from the minute we arrived. We were able to upgrade our room, check in early and spent our time by the infinity pool overlooking Tuscany. Their wine and balsamic vinegar were amazing, and their menu was fantastic. They accommodated my gluten intolerance happily (some of the best homemade gluten free pasta I've ever had) and generally made us feel so welcome. I was a little under the weather our last night and they went out of their way to deliver hot lemon water and honey to our room. I would stay again without hesitation!! Our only regret is not being able to stay longer!

Nice Location, however there are some not so good Things. The Pool is public and around 70% of the people are public guests who take a lot of space. Also - they charge some weird prices like 3€ extra if you order food at the pool what they advertise all the Time - so you end up with 18€ for a Toast with Tomato and Buffala. 8€ for a 0,33 Beer. The service was ok but not the friendliest. For this price i stayed at more luxoruous places where staff cares more. However - the view and Pool is amazing - the rest more basic. We also had a lot of loud noises during the Night From a machine what let to closed windows. Breakfast was not very special at all, what was Kind of sad

I do not normally write reviews, however I felt compelled to do so for Borgo Divino. We stayed here for four nights in the family suite. The suite was spacious and had two bedrooms and two bathrooms which were clean and comfortable and had great views. However, the bedrooms also overlook the restaurant which is a detail the hotel does not include. Most nights there was lots of noise and the hotel did not tell us that there was live music on Thursday nights. This was disappointing because we could have enjoyed the music, but as we decided to go to bed early that night, it was a major disruption. Additional negatives are the restaurant, both for dinner and the breakfast included. Firstly, for dinner, the portions are small and there was hair in my food. I did not say anything, but perhaps I should have. It was also quite expensive for the size of the portions. For breakfast, it was quite basic and there was little variance. The server for breakfast was very kind and did her best to accommodate us, however I think they need more staff in order to better attend to guest. Coffee was great! For the hotel grounds, the pool has a fantastic view and is a nice place to relax. They do have a server by the pool which is good, but again, expensive for the service. Last comment to make is that there was no refrigerator in the room which was disappointing. Yes they probably want you to buy food and drink from them, which we did, but for a “family suite” would be a good thing to have. Disappointing. I think here you’re paying for the location. Rooms okay, service not great (except the nice lady at breakfast). We’ve had far superior in Tuscany for the same price. Would not return.

Normally I do not write negative reviews, I hope the accommodation owner and management will do something for the future guests and their hard working staff. Location is very nice, rooms are average and the staff on the floor is doing what they can with a smile. The hotel management (owner) from a distance (literally) try to earn first of all, so not a value for money approach and/or support to the staff. Why charge for a sandwich at the pool extra service fee as if we are in a good restaurant with service? The staff can only run and because understaffed not do what they would like to support your stay, secondly they have zero mandate. There are additional private events one after one of size at the site which go on into the night. No messages upfront. Rooms are ok but don't surprise you on quality or what is there to make the stay comfortable. The pluming is poor! The management prefers no kids clearly. That is fine but don't promote it for families as well.
